Best Milano 821 Loadout For Call Of Duty: Warzone Season 5 Last Stand Reloaded

In CoD: Warzone, the Milano 821 is a compact SMG that has immense damage output when in close-range combat. Today we will talk you through how you can create the best loadout for this epic SMG in S5 Last Stand Reloaded.

The Milano 821 is a very special, and very cool weapon since it is ideal to use in a combo with the best Snipers and Assault Rifles in the game.

Best Milano 821 Loadout For Call Of Duty Warzone Season 5 Last Stand Reloaded

Whether you want a Milano for long-range or medium-range combat, it is pretty versatile and can be used in any situation you could conjure up.

It can actually be built up in 2 different ways. Although it can be made into a rather deadly long-range SMG, it could also be a medium-range killing machine like a majority of other SMGs in the game.

The medium range is the best in our opinion, but we will leave you to make your own mind up on that.

Those of us in the CoD community kind of just ignored this SMG until later in the summer of 2021, but after we got the buff in S4 of Black Ops Cold War, it has been seen as being much more powerful than it probably should be.

With all the maxed-out buffs it can go up against some of the most ruthless weapons in the game and is probably the most effective SMG of all.

How Do You Unlock The Milano In Warzone?

The SMG Milano 821 is a part of the roster of the CoD: Black Ops Cold War weapons pool. It’s an SMG, which unlocks once you reach level 13, and comes as a part of the ‘post-launch’ weapon line that becomes available to all players straight away.

The best advice we can give you for leveling up in Warzone is to just spend more time in the game. The XP system is about as basic as it gets and the more time you play the more XP you get.

As well as this, if you complete your weekly and daily challenges you gain extra XP as well, which is pretty useful when you want to level up a bit quicker.

Then once you have leveled up and unlocked it fast, you can choose from a variety of attachments for the Milano 821.

What Is The Best Milano 821 Loadout?

So, if you are looking to get the best loadout for the Milano 821, then what should you be going for? Well, this is what we found to be the best:

  • Muzzle: Agency Suppressor
  • Laser: Tiger Team Spotlight.
  • Magazine: STANAG 55 Rnd Drum.
  • Barrel:  10.6” Task Force.
  • Stock: Raider Stock.

When you equip the 10.6” Task Force, it will ramp up the effective damage range as well as the strafe speed, and bullet velocity with the cost of this being a decrease in control of the recoil.

Equipping the Agency Suppressor will help you in offsetting some of the disadvantages such as the reduction in recoil control, but it also keeps players invisible and improves the range of damage and the velocity of the bullets.

The Raider Stock is also designed to improve the speed while you aim while walking and also helps in sprinting to fire speed, which is incredibly handy for medium-range combat.

In order to increase your speed of movement and aiming walking speed, Tiger Team Spotlight helps you to adjust to decreased stability in aiming and gives you a visible flashlight when you have the SMG equipped.

Finally, the STANAG 55-Rnd Drum will increase the capacity of your magazine, maxing out your starting ammo, and the capacity by a whopping 67%, so you spend much less time reloading (thank God!).

It does impact the aim down sight time, and the reload speed by a bit, these are also made up for with some of these other attachments!

What Equipment & Perks Are Best For The Milano 821 Loadout?

Okay, but what about perks and equipment? Do not worry, we looked into this as well!

  • Secondary:  Cooper Carbine (VG) or Kar98k (MW).
  • Lethal: Throwing Knives (MW) or Claymore (MW).
  • Tactical: Stim (MW) or Heartbeat Sensor (MW).
  • Perk 1:  Quick Fix/ E.O.D.
  • Perk 2: Overkill.
  • Perk 3: Combat Scout or Amped.

Quick Fix is one of our favorite perks, and it is ideal for anyone who is usually constantly in gunfights. It has the ability to allow for rapid health recovery when enemies are killed. If you choose E.O.D. to take lesser damage from fire and non-killstreak explosives.

If you decide to have Overkill as a perk it is a good choice, it allows you to carry another primary weapon in your secondary slot.

If you pair up with the Kar98k or the Cooper Carbine then it makes your whole loadout much stronger, and it helps in dealing with long and medium-range combat much easier.

Amped as a perk is a great way to very quickly switch between your guns. If you run out of ammo and need a quick solution, so you don’t wind up dead, switching gives you an advantage over your opponents.

Then there is the perk combat scout, which highlights the whole team for a short while when an oppositional player takes a hit.

Then we look at tactics. Stim gives you an instant regeneration of health when you use it, and the Heartbeat sensor can help you to track other players and plan your next fight. Throwing knives are also a great backup option in close combat and are well worth using.

Throwing knives also have one-shot potential when the opponent has a low level armor. Using a throwing knife when you have downed a player eliminates them no matter the range.

But, proximity can also be used instead of using a throwing knife to watch the flank when standing still.

What Are The Latest Nerfs & Buffs?

When the Season 4 update hit the Milano 821 got buff! This buff ramped up its max damage range, extremities damage multiplier, and torso damage multiplier.

These alterations resulted in a total increase in the damage ability of the weapon, and this is what helped it to find a more stable position within the meta, finally getting it noticed!

What Adjustments Were There?

The latest nerfs and buffs saw the Milano 821 have adjustments such as

  • Max Damage went from 34 to 36 on the Milano 821.
  • The max Damage range increased by a whopping 23%.
  • Upper torso damage multiplier went from just 1 to 1.2.
  • The minimum damage saw an increase from 25 up to 30.
  • Extreme damage multipliers saw increases from 0.9 to 1.
  • The lower torso damage multiplier went up from 1 to 1.1.

While some of these increases may not seem like much on a surface level, however, when in combat, they do make all the difference, and this is what happened in the summer of 2021 and got the Milano 821 more attention, making it one of the best SMGs in the meta.

Are There Alternatives To The Milano 821 In The Meta?

You can get some other alternatives to the Milano 821 in Call of Duty: Warzone in the current meta. The aforementioned Cooper Carbine is a pretty popular alternative as it is a Hybrid AR.

Another option is the Armaguerra 43, which is an SMG, or you could go for another SMG such as the PPSH-41.

However, the Cooper Carbine is also one of the best and most robust guns in the Season 5 Last Stand Reloaded meta at the moment. We would even rate it as being one of the best guns overall.

Sure the Milano 821 is epic, and it is wonderful once you max out the loadout, but the Cooper Carbine just has magic behind it, in the form of a lot of power and skill.

The Milano 821 sub-machine gun is one of the best guns in the current meta of CoD: Warzone Season 5 The Last Stand reloaded. It has only been recorded with this title in the last year, but since it got the buffs it has maxed out and is worth using in any form of combat.
